Each word has an easy-to-understand definition based on the current school curriculum, with graphic illustrations, help sheets and how to videos to help you support your child. Technology is changing at an ever-increasing pace and - as a parent - it is not always easy to keep up with the latest trends and terminology. Our Technology A to Z explains these terms in language that you can understand. Our Spelling Bee game provides hours of spelling fun for children of all ages. The Spelling Bee game is powered by words from Australias national dictionary, the Macquarie Dictionary (Macquarie Dictionary Data (c) Macquarie Dictionary Publishers, 2012). There are three levels of difficulty and a leader board to track progress and improvement. Children can even create their own games for their spelling homework. If your child needs help with their times tables, then the Maths Monkey Times Tables challenge is sure to be a winner. Your child has to get the most number of correct answers before all of the bananas fall. Children can choose which number they want to practise and there is also a random game to keep them guessing. Does your child have an assignment due tomorrow and you dont know where to start? We have prepared some assignment starters for common classroom topics and themes to point you in the right direction. If you are looking for an easy-to-use guide to help your child with their homework, then this is the app for you!

Nice App

ClubUgly · 14 years ago

Its nice, however the spelling bee voices in easy mode is terrible. The voices are not clear or concise. It sounds like their noses are stuffy. Its not until they use the word in an example that you can understand what the are saying in most cases. Maybe best to use crisp clear teenager to adult voices for that bit of the app. The word "who" for example, sounds like they are saying "poo". Its not till they use the example that the word is clear. Otherwise, its a great app, keep up the good work!

Nice!

This was an app recommended on AOL recently so I checked it out. I really like it. I think it is especially helpful for parents who have been out of the loop for awhile and need to help their kids. I will say this for Americans who choose to use this app? the spelling will throw you out of kilter because it is UK (New South Wales = NSW) spelling not American spelling. Also its hard to "hear" the word you are asked to spell with the accent. There are many slight differences between UK English and American English. So beware of that part of this app, on the other hand...youll learn a few things!

Dont bother in the USA

Game lover(Amanda) · 13 years ago

The spelling words are pronounced with an English accent and spelled differently than in the USA. Example - fiber is spelled fibre. Too confusing and it wont even save the spelling word lists I input. The app crashed too often too. I am not a fan!
