SchoolSpeak Gradebook at Mac App Store analyse

Are you a teacher using SchoolSpeak Gradebook? Check out our new Gradebook App. You will need your SchoolSpeak user id and password to access the App. Using the App, you can access the same Gradebook data and functions available on your SchoolSpeak pages, but in a whole new way. Teachers can share a device - each teacher will login to the App and set up a PIN for quick and easy access. App will require a Wi-Fi or mobile data connection to the Internet for accessing and updating content. Please note that using the App on mobile data connection may cause additional charges. Teachers currently using SchoolSpeak gradebooks. You will need SchoolSpeak user id and password to access the App. >> How does Gradebook work? When in use, App syncs with SchoolSpeak cloud periodically and retains a copy of the Gradebook data. You can edit and recalculate grades even when the device is not connected to the Internet. You can use both SchoolSpeak pages and App for updating gradebooks. Changes made on SchoolSpeak pages are synced with App when its starts. App also contacts SchoolSpeak cloud for updates every 5 minutes when it is in use. You can also force sync any time using the refresh button (circle with two arrows) on App screens. Changes made in the App is synced with SchoolSpeak cloud immediately if the device is connected to the Internet. If the device is offline, App tries to sync every 5 minutes when it is in use. To avoid confusion and errors, it is important to sync changes before switching between SchoolSpeak pages and App. >> What features are included? App supports most functions available on SchoolSpeak pages, except attendance, lunch order, seating charts and publishing grades. We plan to address them in future releases. * Traditional and standards based grading * Create and edit assignments with auto suggestions. * Total points, assignment weight and category weight grade calculations * Auto dropping of assignments to improve the student score based on category settings. * Reports such as term summary, student summary and standards reports. * View and edit grade calculation parameters. * Sync changes between SchoolSpeak cloud and App based on the network connectivity. >> Want to contact us?
