In the SCHOTT Villa, where company founder Otto Schott once lived with his family, the lifes work of this important glass scientist is presented along with the corporate and innovation history of the company he founded.
In addition to exploring the real exhibits, visitors can use this app to embark on a digital time travel.
Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) animations, 3D models, 360-degree panoramas and image projections allow them to immerse themselves even deeper into selected exhibition themes.
Otto Schott himself plays a central role. He is brought to life by means of augmented reality, appears as a virtual figure and offers visitors a personal tour via audio guide.
