Utter & Complete Garbage

Basically a dictionary - and a damned poor one at that ! Having been a Procurement Manager for 40 yrs, managing projects with values in excess of $40 Billion All that can be said about this APP - Is, appears written by a wannabe who hasnt a clue about Procurement. Who appears to have pulled out random words from a procedure and assigned dictionary explanations to them ( for the most part, badly and inaccurately, when examined from a procurement context ) Terminology frequently errant does not even go so far as to address even the most basic procurement 101 issues, for example Inco terms. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY !!

This app is not compatible with iOS 7 and the publisher never updated the app since release date. Waste of time & money!!
