It’s an App mainly for authorized technicians operating on the after sale service (Username and PWD are required) that by means of QR Code scanning and Internet connection allows to:
•Make the warranty registration at time of installation
•For registered machines, check for warranty expire dates
•Search technical documentation of the specific machine
•Search for the interactive spare parts catalogues so to find out part number and suggested/list prices (if enable by Scotsman Europe)
•Send spare parts order by e-mail (if authorized by Scotsman Europe)
•Download the technical documents so to built-up a private off-line library on smart phone/tablet
