I have tried for months to update the dictionary on my scrabble game. Even paid for a new version, ugh. Dictionary still out of date.

Not updating
What’s happened?!
Today after several attempts to play scrabble (the premium paid version) I realized the game just wasn’t going to load..so I deleted it and installed it again. It’s horrible. After I post a word the screen flashes Best Word so I want to share with FB. NO, I do not and I can’t seem to make that stop.
Loved it until it crashed
When I click on the app & local games the app closes out. Too bad because before that I was liking it a lot. Helped my vocabulary
iPad will not work in landscape
We ALWAYS play this game in landscape on our iPad. After paying $7.99 to remove ads, we can only play in portrait and believe me, holding up an iPad Pro large size is just not worth it! If the developer had made this clear, we would not have bought it. In portrait mode, we cannot cease zoom, which is useless, nor can we see last player. After reading other reviews, about the same issue (which of course we should have but didn’t because we naturally assumed same game, just without ads) We know it is pointless to ask for a refund, so we deleted the premium app and went back to the free one with ads. We like to play pass and play and this has been a favorite.
Keeps crashing...
For the last few weeks this app (prob my favorite goto game) keeps crashing when I try to start an expert game again computer. Please fix. (I have iPhone 6 and all updates completed)
Unresponsive UX
I cannot add an EA friend. The text entry field does not launch the keyboard when tapped.
A great game, a horrid App.
The program is infested with recurring problems. I, for one, am suddenly unable (once again) to access my games. Updating the App did nothing to solve the problem.
