Get an excellent view of police activity for the City of Seattle! Using data from a city initiative to make data more transparent, this application graphically displays reported crimes throughout Seattle. Set date ranges to see historical Seattle PD data and crime patterns in local neighborhoods. Note: This application is not affiliated with the City of Seattle or the Seattle Police Department. It uses public data as reported by the SPD and Citys crime database. No guarantee is made on the data as it is only as accurate as the reported data in the SPD and City of Seattles crime systems. To verify a specific incident, contact the Seattle Police Department directly.

There appears to be a problem with the source data. Over the course of a few days, the number of incidents drops to zero. Then the number of incidents returns to normal and the cycle repeats.
