The author of the book is Alexey Martirosov, an amazing cook, a former military submariner, and the artist, who devoted 40 years to collecting the best receipts of aromatic main courses; mutton and pork; fish and seafood dishes; salads, baked goods, and beverages. Everybody will find here a recipe to their liking. For example, in the «Ukrainian Cuisine» section you can find 9 recipes of borscht prepared from 5 kinds of kvass and infusions (even with the pig’s ears or one in a loaf of bread), the recipes of pastry straws, fritters, 6 receipts of Ukrainian dumplings , vereshaka and shpundra.
«The Author’s Recipes» section contains the receipts of steamed fish with wine sauce, spurdog fried in batter, beetroot soup with kefir, mussels in wine, fried mutton pies, well-liked pickles, a duck casseroled in honey, Georgian dumplings, zrazy, rapa whelk chop, and minced mutton chop.
