We are all creatures of habit. Research shows that it takes at least 21 Days to form a new habits. SeeD help you start a single goal & focus before form another new habits. Start with a small & easy tasks, dont try to do everything at once.
USAGE
- Choose your SeeD
- Select Habit Length, 21, 30 or 59 Days
- Name your goal
- Touch and hold 2sec of SeeD after achieve your goal daily
- You can use countdown timer inside for timer tasks e.g exercise 30 min per day
