Self eHealth allows you to track and manage your health and wellbeing. Integrating with Fitbit, Garmin, Jawbone, Microsoft Health and Misfit activity trackers, your iPhone pedometer and Apple Watch, Self eHealth provides guidance and incentives to users to achieve health goals, centred around physical activity, nutrition and mindfulness.
The app can be used individually, or for running activity challenges at your organisation or with any group of people.
Bookings can be made through the app for face to face or online video conference with health professionals and personal trainers if you’re looking for extra advice.
Informing and informed by research, Self eHealth is also used in research trials in a wide range of medical and health related research.
