Here are some quick and simple instructions:
Add your friends using swipe right gesture. There is an icon with a person and plus sign.
Swipe left twice to go back to the camera, take a picture and edit.
Click the record button to record your voice message.
Click stop when you are done.
Click the pencil icon on the upper right to choose a voice filter and click on the back button on the top left.
Click the arrows on the bottom right and choose who gets to see and/or hear you whether its for your followers or a select group of people on your friends list.
