At first I could not get the app to recognize the device even though it was paired by bluetooth to my iPhone 7, like many other people here. Then I read the instructions from people below and did a factory reset, deleted the bluetooth pairing from the iphone then re-paired it. When I opened the app again, it found the Sena 20S and worked OK. The app is still pretty clunky looking though.

Same....iphone 5s running current ios...1.7.x firmware...just crashes

My phone pairs with SENA S20 fine. But I can't use the app. It just does not recognise that the headset is paired. I did initially. I've tried all sorts of things to make it work. No luck. No forums have helped either.
