Setting up Serenity Meditation Timer is quick and easy:
Choose a meditation time in 5 minute increments from 5 minutes to 60 minutes.
Then select one of 5 background meditation sounds (Brown Noise, Pink Noise, Stream, Surf, or White Noise) to create a soothing meditation environment.
Finally, pick one of the 7 available end of meditation sounds (Chime, Chinese Guitar, Deep Gong, Gong, Harp, Tibetan Bowl, or Tubular Bell) to have Serenity Meditation Timer signal you that your meditation session is complete.
