App ok. No search

ejkk · 14 years ago

Well I was able to look up Termagant and that makes the app ok. However no search returns anything and there is no quick scroll within letter. Termagant - (TERM-a-gant) describes someone of violent temper who is always easy to goad into a fight, or always read for some kind of conflict.

Wouldnt even download for free.

These developers should be ashamed of themselves. A dictionary without a search feature, where you literally have to scroll through terms alphabetically, is all but worthless. IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO DEVELOP, OR ARE TRYING TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK, GET THE #%&$ OUT OF THE APP STORE AND QUIT RIPPING PEOPLE OFF WITH SUB-PAR PRODUCTS. Dont be suckered into buying this trash.

First try fail

Come On Now Guys · 12 years ago

Since annotated versions for electronic Shakespeare are rare I thought this would be useful. However, it failed on the first try- tried searching "hurly-burly" from Macbeth and no result found. Yet its in their dictionary. Does not give one great confidence this will be a useful tool.

Great concept. Search bar doesnt work

Mime59 · 12 years ago

If the search bar actually worked, and you didnt have to scroll thru every word; it would be much better.
