Steps, distance, active calories, and duration all sync straight to Apple Health — no manual entry, no second app. The stats stripe across the top of the home screen shows today's totals at a glance, color-coded so you can read your day in two seconds. 15 SHAPES TO WALK Free: Square, Circle, Triangle. Pro: Pentagon, Hexagon, Five-Point Star, Six-Point Star, Figure-8, Arrow, Heart, Diamond, Cross, Spiral, Crescent, and the Letter S. Each shape is hand-tuned to walk between 0.9 and 3 kilometers (but they can really be as long as you want), depending on how your local streets are laid out. Some shapes are a quick stroll.
