ShotClock aims to prevent this by keeping you focused on accomplishing one of your tasks at a time, with a timer. It’s simple, but it works. The combination of momentum and focus will keep you on point, enabling you to check off one item after another. Humans aren’t multi-taskers, we’re wired to work sequentially.
