I cant express my delight at being able to simply input my information about my car, go about my daily business and work and errands, and get an email a couple hours later with a photo of my beautifully dug out car. Well worth it! There was some confusion with the app where the shoveler accidentally cancelled the job, but customer service responded immediately and cleared things up very effectively.
