Show & Write It Host! at Mac App Store analyse

Show & Write It Host! is the host companion app for Show & Write It! for the iPad. Show & Write It Host! receives written notes and images sent from an iPad running Show & Write It!, and displays the content through a projector connected to the iPad. Communication between the devices takes place over Wi-Fi.

Unlike other apps that allow remote desktop connections ...Show & Write It Host! simply receives images and written notes from an iPad. Because of this, communication only flows one way so any written notes sketched on the iPad is done in real-time without any delay in the presentation of the content to the host. Writing is thus fluid and natural, the way it was meant to be, in comparison to apps that allow remote desktop control.
