Imagine Health and the The Sandia Health Partner Network are making it easier for Sandians to find a doctor or medical office on the fly with a new iPhone App. This innovative App – Provider Look Up – will help Sandia Employees quickly and easily locate any provider or facility, including urgent care facilities, in the Sandia Health Partner Network from their iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. The App leverages a customer’s location to help them find a doctor that is close by, and gives them real-time information at their fingertips. The App is free and easy to use. Heres what you can access: • SHPN Provider Locations: Easily find addresses, maps, estimated drive times and phone numbers for SHPN Provider locations. • SHPN Provider Physicians: Obtain addresses, maps and phone numbers for primary care or specialist physicians. • SHPN Urgent Care, Hospital and ER locations: Too often, customers will head to the emergency room with a sick child, wait two hours to be seen and then realize they could have visited an urgent care center and paid a lot less. In situations like these, customers can now use this new mobile App. The App is extremely easy to use. Rates from your wireless service provider do apply.
