Its okay..

Comparing this to Yesware which is much better (but paid). Hubspot Sales is okay. Testing with another email account, I notice it does not keep track of reopens well. Push notifications do not work properly. Sometimes you dont an email has been opened until you happen to be checking the app which may defeat the purpose if someone is trying to catch email recipients while theyre cognizant of the email. Okay for a free service but wanted to include these details just so you know!

Happy with this app. Easy to use. Shows me the info I expect. Good for salespeople needing as much info as possible.

Great but cant report false notifications

Its a great app to see when someone opens your email but I cant report false notifications of when I open the email because when I click on the button to report it, it doesnt show me any options.

Just started using the app and cant find a way to archive or delete notifications from the timeline. Not really useful as I deal with 15+ e-mails and have to keep scrolling

Tight app, well designed for timely information

I’ve been a desktop Signals user for a while, and was pleased to see it translate so neatly to mobile. It’s a really well designed, minimal fuss interface that does exactly what it sets out to do - show you who’s read your emails. Syncs seamlessly with gmail and apple mail accounts - you don’t even know it’s there, till you need it.

This app makes my follow-ups seamless as Im on the go. Hubspot has produced a quality email tracking program that every sales/project coordinator should be using! This software keeps you from guessing whether or not your email made it to your sender. I use it every day!
