Very good idea, I had stopped playing the piano when I was very young and forgot how to read musical notes. This app has helped me memorize the treble notes in just a few uses and in total less then one hour played. I would definitely recommend this app if you dont want to pay and just want a quick study tool. Would have got 5 stars if it had a reference page of the notes for first time players.
Disappointed
I was dissappointed in this game because only one person can play it and it cant be reset or restarted. It would be a great teaching tool if the game can be restarted and one could select which level you can start at. It is expensive game for only one use.
Awesome Learning Tool!
I love this. Im just beginning to learn notes and this is a great help. I have the bass one too. Not much to it, just tests you on notes with increasing difficulty. Simple and effective. BTW this is the Sight Reading Trainer. The bass app I have is the Sheet Music Trainer. I suggest this one, the sight music trainer, the layout is better, especially if your goal is to learn piano.
Great app, but...
I really like this app. Its very helpful and easy to use. My only "suggestion" is to add a button to reset!! I found you can miss 10 and it brings you down a level. But if you want to test someone else, it takes a bit to drop back to level one, and it affects your average. Please just add a restart button!
