Now sound jumps from H-aids back to phone multiple times, if in truck jumps from truck to H-aids to phone never know where it will land. The hearing impaired needs this technology, I pray Kirkland will take actions to address the problems. Long time Costco customer
Terrible is being nice. This app needs call routing that works. It always switches from the phone to my truck to my hearing aids randomly for no reason at all. You can be talking on the phone and it will randomly switch to another devise. IT IS DRIVING ME CRAZY and with out it you can not control your hearing aids.
This app is frustrating. After studying the demo and pairing hearing aids through Bluetooth and a settings, the app will not let me out of demo mode. So I can't use it. Costco should not be marketing with and pricing its hearing aids based on this app. Would like $300 Costco credit.
Terrible app. It constantly cuts out on my iPhone 6se. You can't override it. If you choose speaker or iPhone it keeps switching back. I am going to disable it.
Needs support for apple watch
I purchased the Kirkland 6.0 Hearing aids, the iPhone 5s, and the apple watch. Downloaded the Kirkland Choice app. Now all I need is the Kirkland watch app. If you provide support for the Apple Watch Ill give you the 5 stars you deserve.

Needs Work!
I just noticed that ReSound updated their app in the last few days. The KS6 app was written by ReSound so I hope they will update this app soon. 1. The battery indicator is useless. It doesnt do a thing until your batteries are almost dead at which time your hearing aids chime, so a red exclamation point on the battery indicator at this point is not helpful. What is really needed is an indication of the actual remaining battery life. 2. Streaming and taking calls thru the aids when paired with an iPhone is so annoying that I turned this feature off (you can still take calls or stream thru your aids by making a manual decision). Go to Settings--Accessibility. 3. Certain iPhone apps still stream sound to the aids in spite of #2 above which is annoying. 4. As others have noted, the aids and the iPhone seem to forget any adjustments you may have made to volume and bass/treble when you switch programs. This is annoying. 5. On the plus side it is so amazing that I can select programs and fine tune volume, bass, and treble for a specific situation. I love this feature. Hopefully CostCo and ReSound are reading all these reviews and will publish some improvements soon!!!
