Description
Sim Cigarette is a simulator as well as cigarette break timer.
Use as a virtual placebo when you are trying to quit OR as a cigarette break timer. Burn rate is either manually controlled, or timer based.
As an to aid to quit smoking:
Research* demonstrates that the brain cannot fully tell the difference between real and virtual experiences, and that simulated experiences can have physical affects. If you’re trying to quit, Sim Cigarette is an ideal and inexpensive virtual placebo.
Additionally, it can be used as a cigarette break timer, giving you a substitute reason for taking a smoke break the way you used to.
