Enter in the values for your loan and this calculator will calculate the payment. Additionally you can enter in a payment you are comfortable with and the calculator will find how much you can afford. The loan can be for a home loan, and car loan, or any other simple loan with monthly payments. All you have to do is enter in the amount borrowed, the interest rate, and the length of the loan. Keep in mind, your monthly payments should be within a comfortable range of your monthly income, for example 30%. We have additionally included an amortization table display so you can see how much you are paying each month in interest and principal.
CAUTION: Do not rely on the results from this calculator to make financial decisions. Interest rates vary and the tax laws change regularly.
