Ende zweite woche schon sichtbarer Erfolg. danach wird es immer schwerer sich selbst zu motivieren. außerdem wäre Ein kombinierter Ernährungsplan toll. der Facebook oder Twitter Post hilft gut, da ja alle sehen können wo man fest steckt. obwohl in der dritten Woche schon die erstenal sehen wollten ob ich das auch schaffe. sehr gelungen, ziemlich ausgefeiltes System, auch für eher ungeübte

Funktioniert gut und es gibt keine Bugs. Schon nach 3 Wochen merkt man, dass es funktioniert und wird so angespornt. Der Preis ist recht gut aber grenzt schon am Limit deshalb bin ich froh die app um sonst bekommen zu haben.
