Skedulo is an enterprise workforce management and resource scheduling application.
The Skedulo mobile app for iOS provides scheduled resources with the following functionality directly on their mobile device:
- Login/logout using Salesforce.com credentials
- Full offline capabilities
- View daily, weekly and monthly agendas of allocated and dispatched jobs
- View job inbox for jobs pending a response
- Open job addresses in native iOS maps to navigate to a job
- Capture customer signatures on jobs
- Add unavailability requests & records
- View Job notes and attachments
- View other resources allocated on a Job
- Update Job progress (Check-in to Complete)
- View customer information
Please note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
