Sleep Away is a series of guided meditations that gently and thoroughly lead you to a deep sleep – and let you sleep away.
The app comes with a 28 minute session and additional sessions are available for in-app purchase, addressing specific issues such as stress, worries, muscle tensions, anxiety etc.
It’s easy to use and there are no further agendas other than helping you fall into a deep and blissful sleep.
