FRESH calculates your sleep cycles to help you wake up during the lightest sleep phase. Youll wake up more rested and relaxed.
Scientific studies have shown that humans sleep through phases of deeper and lighter sleep. If you use an alarm clock, chances are youll be woken up in the middle of a deep sleep cycle, youll feel tired and its hard to get out of bed.
Use FRESH to calculate your ideal bed time, or when to set your alarm, and youre much more likely to wake up during the lighter phase. Youll feel more rested and awake in the morning!

Very useful app with nice design
The app is simply awesome. It helps easily to figure out the right sleep and wake up time. The design and usability are great as well
Serves no purpose
Theres absolutely no reason for this app. Granted it tells you how many cycles of sleep you should get, but theres no alarm settings or anything to help with sleep at all. Completely worthless. Could have googled any of the the information that this gave me.
