Once you solve the problem of earphones in bed (I just plug my iPhone into a bedside stereo) this is quite helpful for a chronic insomniac like me.

I have been using this for a few days and its working great. In fact my husband and I both listen to it. Just wish there was a bit more music at the end. Fantastic otherwise.

Its worth the money. Especially for people with hyper active minds who have trouble sleeping.

Bring back the old setup!

I like the sessions. The older setup before this new update was easier to navigate - everything right on the opening screen. And app picture of the girl instead of the simple, elegant blue square isnt appealing.

I love this app. Ive been using it for years now. Puts me into such a trance and immediately relaxes me or guides me into sleep depending on the recording. Its amazing!
