Description

The quality of your day depends on the quality of your sleep. Are you sleeping enough; and well enough? Do you suffer from insomnia or apnea events? Do you snore or talk in your sleep? Do you have agitated sleep patterns or do you sleep like a baby? To find out, get into the habit before going to sleep of: Pressing "activate" and leaving your appliance on the table by your bed. The application will do the rest! It is completely automated and will detect your sleep cycles, record you and depict your night as the curve of a graph, allowing you to define your sleep profile over time. So reading the graphs will allow you to analyse the different phases of your sleep, while listening to the recordings will allow you to understand what happens when you sleep. Functions - Recordings started by sound detection. - Adjustable sound sensitivity settings - Adjustable recording parameters - Graph analysis of sleep - Statistics about the period of time asleep - Distribution by e-mail - Downloading on iTunes - Personalisation of your profile You are advised to activate plane mode of your appliance to block calls and waves sent out during your sleep. Please note that you are not recommended to leave your appliance in your bed; it is safer to leave it on a bed-side table.
