Just run app on Apple Watch, and start "Sleep monitoring". When you get up tap on "Stop monitoring" and wait till data are transferred to your phone.
You can view recorded sleep and save it to Health application. You can see detailed info about your sleep on interactive graph with heart rate overlapped. You can also rate the sleep quality for each sleep.
