"sleepAPPnea FREE ®" is an application for the iPhone & iPod that attempts to help people who suffer from snoring and/or sleep apnea. This app does not claim to be, nor intends to be, a medical or clinical application. It endeavors to help people with sleeping disorders using a radically different approach compared to other methods. Basically, ""sleepAPPnea Free"" monitors your sleep and analyzes it. In the morning, the data is sent (with your permission) to a doctor who specializes in sleep medicine. This doctor will probably contact you back with recommendations. In addition, you are also able to examine your own sleep data in order to see how often you snored, how often you changed postures and so on.
