Sleep soon is designed to act as a countdown timer, setting your computer into sleep mode once complete. Useful for limiting your time on the computer, or when you want to shut down your computer after that long download or transfer.
Ultimately its up to you to decide how its best used.
Please be aware that this is a menu bar app, and as such it requires some space on your menubar to work.
