Slider Is The Way To Go

Recalculating the mortgage by simple sliding one of the metrics is as intuitive as it gets. Very helpful. It allows you to explore different types of mortgage payments with effortless immediate results.

Flexability is Key

This is the only mortgage calculator app I found that lets me start with the payment and work back to the loan amount. I know what payment I can afford, and that is how I figure what my buying price range should be. Would like to see option to add tax/ins to the equation if I need it. As I get further down the road on a particular house, that will help me plan better. Great app!!!

This app was made for me! It even remembers what you were calculating from the last time you used it which is cool. Doesnt calculate down payments or affordability but in this case simpler is better.

This is the quickest, easiest mortgage calculator Ive used yet. An invaluable tool for house-hunting! Highly recommended. The new defaults make this app even quicker to use.

Just plug in a mortgage payment that you feel comfortable paying and it tells you how much you should borrow. Very easy. Great App.
