Description
This app allows you to get an idea of your overall health by providing common health calculations including Body Mass Index (BMI), Max Heart Rate (MHR), One Rep Max, and Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). Simply input your numbers and get an accurate measurement for each category. To learn more about each calculation and what it means, simply press the "Learn More" button on each page. Furthermore, the BMI calculator allows you to view a BMI chart and the One Rep Max calculator provides a breakdown of percentages of your max. This can be used in workouts if you want to lift a certain percentage of your max weight on exercises such as bench press or squats. This handy, user-friendly app aims to make it easier to gauge your overall health and better understand your body.
