Description

A few taps on your iPhone is all it takes to book a taxi. Avoid busy phone lines and skip long taxi queues – all with this app. It automatically detects your location, allowing you to confirm your booking without speaking with the call centre agent. Pick your preferred taxi model and book up to three taxis at a time. For added convenience, save frequent addresses as “Favourites” or search past bookings. Booking details such as taxi vehicle number and estimated arrival time will be sent via SMS. So go on, download this app now to enjoy all these conveniences. Could not locate me ! Booking not allowed as it is Stating that i am not in Singapore but the GPS locate me correctly in Singapore ! There is something wrong in the apps ...

Even though Im in Singapore and that the app can access my location, it keeps on saying Im in France and I cant book a cab. I dont know from which setting it get that but the app is definitely bugged.

Cannot use

I cannot use this app because it tells I am "not in Singapore" even though I am in Singapore...

1. Cannot cancel booking 2. Slow response booking 3. Valid address validation errors 4. Cannot save data like address, phone number, etc

Never been able to make a booking, try Comfort Delgro app instead for SG taxis.

No matter which way I have tried to enter my address ranging from zip code, pressing on the map or using the address it picks up via GPS all this app does is say invalid address format. The only thing it has successfully done is wasted my time.
