Description
Snapets is a GWAP - a game with a purpose. By taking pictures of important things in your environment (AEDs/accessibility elements/etc) and tagging them you are using the power of human computation to improve knowledge of the world!
The game is simple: first take a picture of something in a certain creature category and tag it. Other players are tasked with confirming your tag (you can get your friends to play!). After the tag is confirmed a creature is available for capture at that location... but its a race to see who can find it first! Random players are assigned confirmed pictures taken nearby and asked to travel near to that location in real life to find the creature and capture it!
Think of Snapets as a location-based game for good - creature capturing with a twist!
