Description

There is a wide offer of Electronic Health Records(EHR) software but many of those EHRs are office based without a mobile interface to allow an integrated clinical record. Very often the medical consultation occurs outside the office, for example at patients home. SOAP Notes allows you to write your structured clinical SOAP notes in your smartphone or tablet, wherever you are. It allows you to send your SOAP notes to your e-mail. When back to your office, you may copy it to your EHR. SOAP Notes also allows you to take picture notes with your smartphone camera and to take audio notes. You may send the written, audio or picture notes to your e-mail. SOAP is a very popular method of writing clinical records. It is a problem oriented method, invented by Dr. Lawrence Weed. SOAP refers to "Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan." This SOAP notes app is a very easy-to-use app, a great tool for medical doctors.

This is my favourite SOAP noting app Ive found so far, with the easiest, non-choppy interface. I only have a few issues with the app. One is the inability to organize clients into separate folders. It works fine if everyone you work with is within one organization or group, but no more than one. The other thing is that I would like to be able to email or export all the notes for one client at once rather than emailing one entry to myself at a time. Lastly, it would be awesome to be able to add more client background information separate from the assessment entries to stay attached to each profile. Otherwise, this app is great and what Ill be using for work in the field for the next while.

Nice and simple app!!! For HIPPA please add 4 number pin to protect pt info. Also if u can add fields for pt address and phone num. but i love search option and pic taking
