So we came up with the idea of having recordings of our affirmations, so that on those really busy days, we can just press ‘play’ and with Mind Elevator you can too. 

If you can find the time, as you listen to the affirmations playing, also say the affirmations out loud, if you can do this in front of a mirror then that’s even better! If you really don’t have the time, then just press ‘play’ and listen as you walk the dog, while you wait for the kettle to boil, while getting dressed or in the car or even as you go to sleep.
