Description
Task is the “to-do” list or reminders for a group of co-workers. The main function is to facilitate users to create, update, alert to their upcoming tasks, and inform others when the tasks are completed. This is widely applicable in many aspects, especially in business work planning and reminder alerts for improving work efficiency and effectiveness.
There are four sections in the system. The “My task” sections enable users to create a detailed to-do list, showing the project involved, the priority, the due date and the descriptions of each tasks. The “My archive task” column stores the completed task for the ease of future reference. Furthermore, users can simply assign tasks to a particular person using the “Assign Task” section. In reverse, user can view those appointed task in the “My following task” area.
