The city of Rabat is getting ready to host the second world summit of local leaders and the 4th congress of our world organization from the 1st to the 4th of October 2013. This event coincides with the centennial of the worldwide municipal movement and we wish to turn it into a moment of sharing and meeting between Africa and the rest of the world.
