I have 2 5 month old twins and was looking for something that I could use to help them sleep at night, I found things like a metronome and a steady rhythm of a heartbeat worked great. But then I thought, If this works that well for them what about an adult. I immediately began a quest to find what I could only call the most Soothing Rhythms in the world.
Soothing Rhythm takes the most relaxing sounds in the world and puts them at your finger tips. This app will play any selected sound or sounds to create that perfect Soothing Rhythm. Once you select your perfect Soothing Rhythm it will play continuously. This app will even continue to run while your phone is locked to help save battery life.
I can not stress enough how much this app has been an absolute sanity saver for my wife and I. Before I created this app I used to run a fan every night to keep that white noise going... no more with Soothing Rhythm. This is a great cure for insomnia, and a great way to relax and unwind after a stress full day, the steady relaxing sounds are enough to put anyone in a nice soothed state.
