His mother can not use email because it is too complicated. He downloaded this App and created a Form with Audio Field. Now she can speak about anything that happened anytime she wants. She can communicate to her son by a few taps. Also Scotts sister, Amy, can use the Form to listen, speak and share music files to her mother and brother anytime convenient to her. Example 2 Scott just finished meeting with his customer and he got some information about competitor. He needed to report the information to his boss, Jones, as soon as possible. The company uses a sales system which a PC is necessary so Scott thought speaking will be more precise than reporting by the system. Scott recorded about the information of competitor, while he was on the way to home. Jones listened to the report with sales managers and started discussing plans to respond to the competitor. Functions Creating a Form To record sound, a Form has to be created. Tap Form management, add a new form("+"). You can type name of the Form, choose background color, font and font color. Then some Fields have to be added. Tap Add a Field, type Field title and choose Field type. Field type can be either Label or Audio. For Label Field, you can type the text you want to display. For Audio Field, you can record, append and add music file. Tap Done and Save. Running a Form After creating a Form, you can tap Form from Top menu to run the Form. You can add a Record, delete Records and upload and download Records. If you want to share sound, tap upload and download Records. To upload and download Records, subscription is required. The restrictions of Audio Field Audio length more than one minute will be splitted into one minute files so the sound is interrupted every one minute. The audio files digitally protected can not be added. To share Forms You can invite Form users to share your Forms including all the Records. Also you can request Form access to the user who created the Form. User and disk management The report of current disk usages and user access priviledes is provided by User and disk management menu. Only Form creator can change user access privileges. Subscriptions This App is free if you use it by your own. If you need to share the Forms, the following subscriptions are necessary. The subscriptions can be purchased by User and disk management menu. Disk subscriptions The disk subscription is available for 30/60/90 GB days. The GB days are calculated as follows: 1. If your disk space is less than 1GB, you spend 1 GB day for one day. 2. If your disk space is more than 1GB and less than 2GB, you spend 2 GB days for one day, and so on. User subscriptions The user subscription is available for 30/60/90 days.
