Hey. Why does my previous subscription on Zinio let me view in landscape mode successfully? In newsstand... In landscape mode, the bottom of the pages are cut off!!

Disappointing Experience

The iPad version is a disappointment because there seems to be a lot of effort put into making the issue as non-linear as possible. There is no benefit to this.It simply seems aimed at making the process of reading each issue more complicated and therefore more difficult to get to the content.

They dont respond to emails

They first send you an automated reply saying that your email they have received the email but after numerous times will not respond. I subscribed to both Sound & Vision and Home theater magazine 1 week before they joined both of them together. Wrote numerous emails asking what happens to all those Home Theater Magazine subscribers like me and they dont reply.

App Loads to Newsstand but view in Zinio?

This is bizarre. I have no subscribed issues available in the Newsstand app but the magazine is showing up in Zinio which is rather weird...I assume its the same subscription. This is getting too complicated for me, have turned off auto-renewal and wont be bothering with this any more.
