Spacetime is a new way to locate people on a map WITHOUT forcing them to install an app. HOW IT WORKS ================================================================ With Spacetime, you request someones location by sending them a TEXT MESSAGE. This message has a link in it for them to click on. They dont even need an iPhone. Any smartphone should work. After your contact clicks the link, Spacetime shows YOU their location on a map. Thats it! NOTE: If their location changes, you need to send a new location request. Spacetime does not track anyones location in the background. IOS 4 USERS ================================================================ Im sorry that Spacetime does not work on iOS 4. I am working on a new version that will support iOS 4. Stay tuned! Location Accuracy ================================================================ Spacetime does its best to get the most accurate location possible, but sometimes its not possible to get an accurate location. Sometimes you will try to locate someone and it wont work. This can happen for a million reasons: your contact has location services turned off, or they have a broken GPS chip, or they are out of cell phone service range, etc. etc. Im sorry but in these situations, Spacetime cant tell your their location if their phone doesnt even know it! Most of the time, it should work. CRASHING / BUGS ================================================================ Spacetime works fine for most of the thousands of users who use it every day.
