Highly recommended for learning Spanish

Joanna112 · 14 years ago

I highly recommend this app! It is an excellent introduction to speaking Spanish. It would be particularly useful to someone who is planning to take a trip to a Spanish speaking country, and wants to learn some basic words and phrases in Spanish. I studied Spanish in college, and this app helped refresh my memory for an upcoming trip to Spain.

Great 3D immersion

So much better than flashcards. The 3D makes you feel like youre in Spain and the characters accents are great.

Fun, with great voice modeling

Taddy T · 14 years ago

Im a Spanish professor, and I love this App as an alternative to mundane workbook exercises. The accents in the voiceover are absolutely great, and it covers an awful lot of vocabulary and material for a low price. Really promising version 1, and I cant wait to see future updates! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable, low-pressure way to brush up for a beginning Spanish class or a trip abroad.

Not at all what I expected

You cant manipulate the conversation, may I dont want garlic prawn for dinner. $1.99 down the drain.

Worth sale price

jwbvideo · 14 years ago

I bought this at the sale price of $1.99. In its current version i dont think it would be worth a lot more than that. In the dialogue mode your basically just watching the conversation, there is not option to select what you want to say or selct how to say it.

Waste of 2 bucks?

This app will need to improve exponetially to prove my 2 dollar investment valid.

Not great

vediclady · 14 years ago

Definitely disappointed. For some reason the close button doesnt work I can just make it small and I cant just go to vocabulary. You get what you pay for and this was cheap.
