The app also features the different Patent, Trade mark and Design Filing Requirements for all African countries through the use of an interactive map of the continent. A filing assistant will calculate the deadlines related to your patent application in specific African territories – ensuring that no deadlines are missed! Do a South African patent search from anywhere by linking through the app to the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission’s (CIPC) website.
