ACCOUNTABILITY - Track progress together by checking in with photos and getting daily progress reports. You and your friends can group chat for motivation to get up off the couch and get fit.
FLEXIBILITY - Choose an activity from Spotter or set your own, depending on your group’s fitness level. Select goals, frequency and length of the activity. When and where you get your sweat on is up to you -- do it on your own time!
