Description
In 2067, Earth's peace was shattered by the Centaurians, a technologically superior alien civilization from Alpha Centauri. Having exhausted their home star's energy after centuries of expansion, they invaded our solar system, viewing humanity as primitive obstacles to the sun's abundant resources.
Massive warships materialized at the solar system's edge, establishing a blockade around Earth and cutting off all communication with Mars colonies. The Centaurians' technology was beyond anything humanity had encountered. Their energy shields withstood nuclear strikes, and plasma weapons vaporized cities in seconds.
The Solar Defense Coalition mobilized every available spacecraft, but the technological gap was insurmountable. For every Centaurian fighter destroyed, humanity lost dozens of ships. Within three months, seventy percent of the Coalition fleet was gone, and orbital platforms began harvesting Earth's atmospheric energy, causing catastrophic weather and ecological collapse.
Cities fell into chaos as power grids failed. Billions huddled in underground shelters while alien craft filled the sky. Every conventional strategy failed against the Centaurians' advanced defenses.
Admiral Chen Wei conceived a desperate plan. Intelligence from captured technology revealed that other civilizations in nearby star systems had successfully repelled Centaurian aggression. If humanity could reach these allies, hope remained.

Your SR-7 Valkyrie interceptor represented the pinnacle of human engineering. With experimental quantum engines, fusion-powered shields, and plasma cannons reverse-engineered from alien technology, the Valkyrie was humanity's last hope.
The mission: launch from lunar base Tranquility-7, fight through Centaurian defenders, destroy sensor arrays, and create a gap for messenger ship "Hope's Dawn" to reach the Proxima system and the Concordat civilization.
