Start WorkingOut is a free, no-nonsense gym companion for anyone just getting started with strength training.
Build your training plans, follow them step by step in the gym, and keep a log of every workout — all without paying a thing.
Plan your workouts
Create plans and fill them with exercises. Strength moves track sets, reps, and weight (kg or lbs). Cardio and mobility work tracks timed intervals.
Group exercises by muscle group, pick an emoji icon, even attach a photo. Drag to reorder until the plan feels right.
Stay on track in the gym
Open a session and work through your exercises one by one. Check off each set, tweak reps or weight if needed, and add extra sets on the spot. A rest
timer counts down between sets so you know exactly when to go again. Log your body weight before you begin.
Review what you did
Every session is saved automatically. Your workout log shows each visit to the gym: the date, how long you trained, how many sets you completed, and
the weight you lifted. Tap any entry to see the full breakdown, exercise by exercise.
